(2)(c) - There were several pull toys in the young toddler rooms that were capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. These are toys accessible to the children in the licensed space. (2)(d) - There were plastic bags from diaper packaging as well as reusable plastic bags accessible to children under bathroom sinks. Those cabinets can be latched or locked. The items can be moved as well. (3)(g) - There was a wooden push toy outisde in the toddler play area that was weathered and peeling and chipping paint was visible. The director immediately removed the item and threw it away.
